Case Study of a Cost-effective Small Wind Turbine

&

Abstract

Producing energy while preserving the environment has become a critical issue in recent years. This may not be solved by only focusing on the construction of large-scale energy facility designs to utilize cleaner methods, but by also focusing on smaller-scale energy production. The design needs to be easily created from supplies that the general population would be able to acquire. This study looked at small-scale designs that are currently in the market and came to the conclusion as to which was the most cost-effective. Alternative supplies were found that may be used to attempt keeping the efficiency near the same level while cutting cost.
