Chris Seiple is President of the Institute for Global Engagement. He is Chair of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on the Role of Faith (2014–2016), and he serves on the Federal Advisory Committee to Secretary of State John Kerry's “Strategic Dialogue with Civil Society” (2011–2015), where he acts as a Senior Advisor to the Committee's “Religion and Foreign Policy Working Group.” His most recent book is the Routledge Handbook of Religion and Security, coedited with Dennis R. Hoover and Pauletta Otis (Routledge, 2013).
