Epididymal Metastasis from a Prostatic Carcinoma After 12 Years

Abstract

We report on a patient who developed a solitary epididymal metastasis, 12 years after radical prostatectomy. After surgical resection of the lesion, the initially elevated serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) reduced remarkably.
