Consumer Magazine Subscription: The Roles of Customer Satisfaction and Content Quality

Abstract

Consumer magazines must acquire loyal and satisfied customers in order to be successful in the market. This article examines the relationship between customer loyalty and the content quality and their significance for both magazine managers and scholars. The goal of the study is to identify factors of customer satisfaction that are related to customer loyalty in the magazine industry. This study of Greek magazine consumers shows that the content quality of magazines and customer satisfaction are positively related to customer loyalty to a magazine.
