Course: Public Speaking
Objectives: Students will: (1) understand the tools of a good public speaker in a real world/service-learning context; (2) develop critical thinking skills as a speaker and a listener; (3) examine the connection between ability to communicate and role as a mentor/role model to others; and (4) develop speeches in both Eurocentric and other culturally relevant forms of speaking
