Claudia Lagos Lira, Associated Professor, PhD in Media and Communications, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Editor of Comunicación y Medios journal. Researcher affiliated to the Center for the Study of Politics, Public Opinion, and Media in Chile (MEPOP) and to the Center of Research on Television and Society (NITS). Her research focuses on journalism and media studies, feminism and communication, with a particular emphasis in Latin America.
