Laleh Marvasti

Laleh Marvasti was born in Tehran. She spent her primary school years in Chicago, USA and settled with her family in the UK soon after that. Her primary qualifications are from King’s College London with a DDS  with Distinction in dentistry. She spent several years in the Middle East and Australia with her family, practising both dentistry and writing. She is a freelance poet and writer. She has published several poems in the anthology On the Edge. She is a member of Williamstown Writers in Melbourne. She is also active in medical research/writing. She has a few international dental publications in research journals including Australian Endodontic Journal. She is also an English editor for international dental journals.
