The Neil Bibby Lecture 2006: From Archimedes to limits: understanding real analysis

Abstract

Neil Bibby made many substantial contributions to history of mathematics education in the UK and to the BSHM in particular. He and his mother each left generous legacies to the Society. His former colleague Bob Burn was invited to give a lecture in his memory to the History of Mathematics in Education (HIMED) meeting in Loughborough in March 2006.
