Welcome to the seventeenth issue of Comparative and Continental Philosophy. The arrival of this issue into the hands of our readers marks another pioneering event in CCP’s eight year history. CCP 8.3 is our first issue of offering readers three publications per year. Moving from two to three issues a year was not only necessary for us, but will provide more opportunities for authors and afford an additional offering to our readers. Celebrating this advance in our evolution, CCP 8.3 is our second thematic issue and features a collection of superb articles devoted to Schelling’s philosophy. Comparative and Continental Philosophy has long been committed to reviving interest in Schelling’s thought, especially his Naturphilosophie.
We are delighted to be bringing this issue forward and thank our guest editors, Dave Mesing and James Bahoh, for all their hard work and cooperation in making Comparative and Continental Philosophy 8.3 possible.
