Au Sujet Des Basophiles Tissulaires Dans La Moelle Osseuse

Summary

It is unusual to find many mast cells in the bone marrow. It has been reported in cases of primary and secondary panmyelophtisis, of aplastic anemia, of lymphatic leukemia. We found a large number of mast cells in the hone marrow of a young female aged 21, with hemorrhagic diathesis and splinomegaly since leucopenia, bleeding tendency and infantilism.

To our knowledge no similar case has been reported until now.

The heparin content of the blood of this patient was within normal limits.

La présebce d’un nombre élevé de basophiles tissulaires dans la moelle osseuseest d’observation trés rare. Elle a été signalée dans des cas de panmyélophtisie primaire et secondaire, d’anémie aplastique, de leucémie lymphatique. Nous I’avons observe chez une jeune fille de 21 ans, atteinte depuis son enfance de splénomégalie avec diathése hémorragique et qui présente, actuellement un syndrome hypersplénique avec anémie hypochrome, leucopenia, diathése hémorragique et infantilisme. A notre conaissance aucun cas similaire n’a été rapport jusqu’à présent.

Nous avons déterminé chez cette malade le taux sanguine d’héparine. II a été trouvé normal.

Het aantrefen van talrijke weefselbasophielen of mastcellen in het beenmerg is een zeldzaamheid. Het werd vermeld bij gevallen van primaire en ecundaire panmyelophtisis, bij aplastische anæmie, bij lymphatische leukæmie.

Wij vonden talrijke weefselbasophielen in het sternumpunctaat bij een jonge vrouw van 21 jaar die sinds haar kinderjaren leed aan hemorrhagische diathese chrome anæmie, leukopenie, neighing tot blloedingen en infantilisme.

Het is ons niet bekend date en gelijkaardig geval reeds beschrevn werd.

Het heparinegehalte in het bloed van deze patiente was normal.
