The authors relate a case of a coaretation of the aerote, found in a young man of 19 years old.

An angiocardiography shows a narrowing on the level of the isthma of the norta. The patient has been submitted to a surgial intervention (Crafoord technie). He has been followed during four months after the performation of this operation. The clinical results are completely satisfactory.

Les authers rapportent I’observation d’un cas de I’aorte cbez un jeune homme de 19 ans. I,’angiocardiographie révèle I’exsistence du rétéeissement sur I’isthme de I’aorte. Le patient a été opéré selon la technique de Crafoord et suivi pendant quatre mois après I’intervention. Les résultants cliniques sont pleinement satisfaisants.

Schrijvers delen een geval mede van aortacoaretatie bij een jongen van 19 jaar. Angiocardiografie toont een isthmus vernauwing van de aorta. Patient wenl geopereerd volgens de techniek van Craffonl en gevelgd vier maand na de ingreep. De klinische resulaten zijn uitstekend.
