Summary

The author reports a typical case of « Weber-Christian syndrome » (recurrent febrile non-suppurative nodular panniculitis).

The clinical signs and histologic changes of this nosologic entity are described. The systemic signs’ amplitude preceding or accompanying the cutaneous manifestations is noted.

L’auteur rapporte un cas typique de « syndrome de Weber-Christian » ou panniculite febrile nodulaire non suppurante, à rechutes.

Il décrit les signes cliniques et l’aspect des lesions histologiques caractéristiques de cette entité nosologique. II souligne l’importance des signes généraux qui precedent ou accompagnent les manifestations hypodermiques.

Samenvatting

De auteur haalt een typisch geval aan van « Weber-Christian syndroom » of febrile, nodulaire niet etterige recidiverende panniculitis.

Hij beschrijft de klinische tekens, en het uitzicht der kenmerkende histo- logische letsels van deze nosologische entiteit. Hij onderlijnt het belang der algemene verschijnselen, die de hypodermale verschijnselen voorafgaan of begeleiden.
