A Propos De Quelques Cas De La Reticulose Histiomonocytaire

Les auteurs présentent 3 cas de réticulose histiomonocytaire avec les particularités suivantes : bon état général, absence de fièvre et présence de cellules histiomonocytaires pathologiques dans le sang périphérique. L’importance de l’association chez une malade avec des lésions dermatologiques dont l’histologie rappelle la maladie de Besnier-Boeck est discutée. L’hypertrophie et non l’hyperplasie des cellules réticulo-histiomonocytaires engendre la dysprotéi-némie.

Het belang van het samengaan bij een dezer patienten met dermatologische letsels histologisch gelijkend op de ziekte van Besnier-Boeck wordt besproken. De hypertrophie en niet de hyperplasie van de reticulo-histio-monocytaire cellen wordt verantwoordelijk gesteld voor de dysproteinaemie.
