Summary
The main clinical manifestations of haemophilia were reviewed. Their mode of appearance during life and their evolution were scrutinized. Haemorrhagic manifestations requiring transfusional therapy were pointed out. The importance of knowing each patient’s own pattern of evolution was stressed.

L’auteur passe en revue les principales manifestations cliniques de l’hémophilie. Il en précise le mode d’apparition au cours de la vie et leur évolution. Il énumère les manifestations hémorragiques qui constituent une indication au traitement transfusionnel. Il souligne enfin le caractère évolutif propre de la maladie chez chaque patient qu’il importe de bien connaître.
Samenvatting
De voornaaamste klinische tekens van hemofilie werden in opschouw genomen. Hun wijze van optreden en hun evolutie werden nader beschreven. De hemorragische opstoten die transfusionele terapie vergen werden toegelicht. Nadruk werd gelegd op de noodzaak de persoonlijke evolutiewijze van ieder patient te leren kennen.
