Immuunglobulinen Bij Lymfomen

Summary

36 lymphoma patients (CLL, lymphosarcoma, reticulosarcoma, Hodgkin’s disease) were investigated for immunochemical disorders. 7 patients had an M-component. 2 of them had 4 M-components simultaneously. 3 patients had AIHA. The data from the literature are discussed in the light of the newly developed fluorescence methods. The necessity of using new techniques is stressed in view of new classifications of lymphoproliferative diseases.

Résumé

Analyse immunochimique par immunoélectroforèse et immunodiffusion de 36 lymphomes. Sept cas présentaient des gammopathies monoclonales, dont deux avec 4 composants monoclonaux en électrophorèse sur agar (IgG et IgM monoclonales). Trois patients souffraient d’anémie hémolytique autoimmune.

Discussion des données de la littérature et de la nécessité d’utiliser des techniques d’immunofluorescence pour établir une classification plus fondamentale des maladies lympho-prolifératives.

Samenvatting

Bij 36 lymfomen waarbij een immunochemisch onderzoek verricht werd (IEF, ID) werden er 7 gevonden met een m.g., 2 van hen hadden gelijktijdig 4 M-componenien, waarvan zeker IgG en IgM monoklonaal was. Bij 3 patiënten was een AIHA aanwezig.

De literatuurgegevens worden besproken vooral in het licht van de membraan en cytoplasmatische fluorescentie methoden. De noodzaak tot het gebruik van deze technieken wordt vooropgesteld om tot een nieuwe classificatie van lymfoproliferatieve ziekten te komen.
