Testimony on Sexual Orientation Change Efforts

Abstract

This paper details the author's testimony before the New Jersey State Senate in January 2013 on sexual orientation change efforts (SOCE). At the time, New Jersey was contemplating, and eventually passed, a law banning conversion therapy, or SOCE, for minors.
