, &

Abstract

We, the Editor, authors and Publisher, have retracted the following article:

Jim Gleeson, John O'Gorman & Maureen O'Neill (2018) The identity of Catholic schools as seen by teachers in Catholic schools in Queensland, International Studies in Catholic Education, 10:1, 44-65. DOI: 10.1080/19422539.2018.1418946

The above article has been retracted due to a coding error at the data analysis stage which affected the reported results of the paper, findings and conclusion. Upon realising this error, the authors brought the issue to the attention of the journal Editor and Publisher immediately. There are no concerns regarding research or publishing conduct, and the authors plan to resubmit the paper for consideration by the journal.

We have been informed in our decision-making by our policy on publishing ethics and integrity and the COPE guidelines on retractions.

The retracted article will remain online to maintain the scholarly record, but it will be digitally watermarked on each page as “Retracted”.
