DEI and improv: a conversation

 

Abstract

Diversity, equality, and inclusion are three values that would, on the outset, seem intrinsic to good improv practice. However, as many improv schools and communities have noted, especially over the past few years, though the ideals may seem like a natural fit, the practice takes consideration and thoughtful work.
