Jennifer Janechek
Jennifer Janechek is a lecturer at the University of Iowa, where she teaches courses in modern British literature, disability studies, media studies and rhetoric. Her current book project, Telephonic Modernism: Engineering the Pure Voice in Modern British Literature, explores the impact of telephonic technologies on the way that modernist literature is heard—and voiced. Her articles have appeared in Texas Studies in Literature and Language, The Conradian, Dickens Studies Annual, The Victorian, and Literature/Film Quarterly.
