Nikita Hock
Nikita Hock studied Jewish and Religious Studies at the Freie Universität Berlin, as well as Cultural Theory and History at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. As a research assistant, he taught Auditory Culture Studies at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and served as chief editor of the Berlin-based Kulturwelle radio show. He currently pursues his PhD at the Historical Institute of the University of Bern. His thesis examines the sonic dimension in diaries written by Jews under Nazi persecution.
