Abstract
At the time of writing this column the most talked about issue was the court case between Matthias Rath and the treatment action campaign (TAC). The TAC and Rath were involved in a legal battle over the controversial dissident's widely publicized claims that the TAC is a front for the pharmaceutical industry.
