Rethinking on China's human rights ideology

Abstract

This paper introduces the achievements made by human rights scholars with regard to China's human rights ideology over the past 30 years since China's reform and opening to the outside world, highlighting some significant views on the theory of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics.
