ABSTRACT.
This paper addresses the survival story of International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles (FILA) as well as personal reflections and experiences on reshaping the organization during the campaign for survival after the International Olympic Committee (IOC) removed wrestling from the program of the Olympic Games on February 2, 2013.
