Résumé

Psammotermes hybostoma Desneux, 1902 de Mauritanie. Implications économiques et écologiques dans la desctruction des Euphorbes (Isoptera: Rhinotermitidae). — Psammotermes hybostoma Desneux, 1902 est cité de Mauritanie. Ce termite vit sur tous les végétaux ligneux de la région, il attaque surtout Euphorbia balsamifera, et semble compromettre le programme mauritanien de fixation des dunes.

Abstract

Psammotermes hybostoma Desneux, 1902 is indicated from Mauritania. This termite lives on all the lignious plants of the area but it mainly destroys the plants Euphorbia balsamifera, and endangers the Mauritania national programme of dune fixation.
