Summary
We report the case of a young woman who presented an acute pancreatitis associated with a pneumonitis. Specific anti-mycoplasma complement fixing antibody titer rose sufficiently to be diagnostic of a Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. No other cause of pancreatitis was found. The possibility of an infectious aetiology and the physiopathology of this pancreatitis are discussed.
