Summary

A case of ionic perturbations during a heparin treatment is presented.

The fact that heparin induced hypoaldosteronism is well known. However, secondary ionic troubles are rare.

A previous pathology or a concomitant treatment may probably enhance the hypoaldosteronaemic effect of heparin.
