Necrose Digitale Un Syndrome Paraneoplasique

Summary

The authors describe a case of arteritis of the fingers associated with a laryngeal tumor. No other localisation of vasculitis was found. Return of a normal circulation in the finger followed laryngeal surgery and radiation therapy.

Pathogenesis of this paraneoplastic syndrome is discussed with particular focus on the role of immune complexes.
