Endobronchial Inflammatory Pseudotumour in A Patient With B-Cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma

Summary

We report the case of a patient with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia, presenting with cough and pain in the right hemithorax. The diagnosis of an inflammatory pseudotumour in the right lower lobe bronchus was made. Clinical presentation, pathology and treatment of this uncommon tumour-like lesion are briefly discussed.
