Erika Bailey
Erika Bailey is the Head of Voice and Speech at American Repertory Theater (ART) and a Lecturer at Harvard University. As a professional text and dialect coach, she has worked on We Live in Cairo, Endlings, Fingersmith, Night of the Iguana, WARHOL/CAPOTE and Eve Ensler’s In the Body of the World at ART. She has also coached for the Guthrie Theatre, the McCarter Theatre, and extensively for Kansas City Repertory Theatre. On Broadway she coached the Tony-Nominated production of Mary Stuart. Bailey is also a public speaking coach working with organizations and individuals to help them strengthen their communication skills. Bailey received an MA in voice studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, and she is an Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework®.
