Educating Mentors

Mentoring is widely recognised as a helpful approach to professional development and as such has become more prevalent in a range of organisations in recent times. It is also recognised that for mentor schemes to develop, mentors need some sort of development activity themselves. This article, based on a survey in higher education attempts to address mentor education.
