Premature ejaculation (PE) is the commonest sexual dysfunction. The current treatments present difficulties in terms of accessibility, cost-benefit issues, acceptability and side-effects. A new desensitizing ring has been evaluated in a case series of six patients. The mean improvement of the latency period was 315% Further studies with control groups are warranted.
