Abstract
Burgeoning health care costs and the current organizational practices of leaner staffing patterns demand innovative approaches to the development of life skills. These approaches create requests for consulting and training programs in the area of personal and professional growth. This paper focuses on personal, professional/programmatic and business development issues and concerns of a consultant with a health promotion practice.
