ON THE GALOIS COHOMOLOGICAL DIMENSIONS OF STABLE FIELDS WITH HENSELIAN VALUATIONS

ABSTRACT

We present an essentially complete description of the spectra of cohomological p-dimensions of the absolute Galois groups of basic types of Henselian valued stable fields with totally indivisible value groups when p ranges over the set of prime numbers. In the stable closed and formally real case, this is supplemented by a classification of the absolute Galois groups of the corresponding residue fields up-to continuous isomorphisms.
