On Outer Automorphisms of Affine Lie Algebras

Abstract

This note deals with the classification of finite order outer automorphisms of affine Lie algebras. It heavily relies on our previous paper [Jin, Q., Zhang, Z. (2001). On automorphisms of affine Kac-Moody algebras. Comm. Algebra 29(7):2827–2858], and is a continuation of or complementary to Jin and Zhang.
