Abstract
A new approach of fluorescence enhancement for the determination of gallium based on a new fluorescence system of Ga-ACBK-β-CD(acid chrome blue K(ACBK), β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)) is reported. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths are at 565nm and 609nm for the gallium complex, respectively. Under the optimal conditions, the method allows the determination of gallium in the range of 0∼ 140μg/L, and the recovery from 100.02 to 100.19%. The proposed method has been employed for the determination of some artificial synthesis samples and nickel alloy.
