Abstract
Unilamellar cationic liposomes containing phosphatidylcholine, L-α-phosphat-idyl-DL-glycerol, cholesterol and N,N-dimethylaminopropylaminyl succinyl cholesterol in lipoplexes with plasmid ptkNEO transfected HeLa cells efficiently in the presence of G418.
