Although she experienced, as did the many psychoanalysts before her, the countertransferential dynamics of disgust towards a patient presenting great deficiency in terms of mentalization capacity, the author strives to understand what urged her to tolerate the patient, to invest in her and lead her to develop a capacity for internalization, after 6 years of analytic work filled with transgressive‐transferential acting‐out. Fourteen years later, she becomes aware of the way in which the revival of some grief related to traumatic traces in her own lived experience, sustained, without her knowledge, a saviour/countertransference, creating a specific transferential‐countertransferential spiral which rescued a situation whose advent could have been compromised. This could happen thanks to what she refers to as the unique inter‐relation between her and this particular patient.

Alors qu'elle a eu un movement contre‐transferentiel de repulsion envers une patiente qui presente un grand deficit dans sa capacite de mentalisation, l'auteure essaye de comprendre comment elle a pu la supporter, l'investir et l'amener a un pouvoir d'internalisation, au bout de six annees de travail analytique charge en agirs transferentiels transgressifs. Die Autorin entwickelte ebenso wie zahlreiche Psychoanalytiker vor ihr die Gegenübertragungsdynamik des Abscheus gegenüber einer Patientin mit erheblich beeinträchtigter Mentalisierungsfähigkeit und versucht zu verstehen, was sie bewog, die Patientin trotzdem zu ertragen, sie zu besetzen und es ihr zu ermöglichen, nach sechs Jahren analytischer Arbeit, die von einem übergriffigen Agieren der Übertragung geprägt war, eine Internalisierungsfähigkeit zu erwerben. Vierzehn Jahre später erkannte die Analytikerin, dass das Wiederaufleben des mit den Spuren eigener traumatischer Erfahrungen zusammenhängenden Schmerzes ohne ihr Wissen zur Grundlage einer Erlöser‐Gegenübertragung geworden war, die eine spezifische Übertragungs‐Gegenübertragungsspirale in Gang setzte. Nonostante la sua esperienza, come quella di molti psicoanalisti prima di lei, di dinamiche transferali di repulsione nei confronti di una paziente che presentava un enorme deficit della capacità di mentalizzazione, l'autrice cerca di comprendere che cosa l'abbia incoraggiata a tollerare la paziente, a mantenere l'investimento su di lei e a portarla a sviluppare la capacità di internalizzazione, dopo sei anni di lavoro analitico pieni di agiti transferali trasgressivi. Quattordici anni dopo, la paziente prende coscienza del modo in cui il risvegliarsi di un dolore legato a tracce traumatiche della sua storia aveva sostenuto, a sua insaputa, un controtransfert/salvatore, creando una spirale transfero‐controtransferale specifica che ha salvato una situazione che, altrimenti, avrebbe potuto non avvenire. Questo è stato reso possibile da ciò che l'analista definisce come una singolare inter‐relazione tra lei e questa particolare paziente.

Si bien, como muchos psicoanalistas antes que ella, la autora experimentó un movimiento contratransferencial de repulsión respecto de una paciente que presentaba una gran deficiencia en su capacidad de mentalización, intenta comprender cómo pudo tolerar a la paciente, investirla y orientarla hacia la adquisición de la capacidad de internalización luego de seis años de un trabajo analítico plagado de actuaciones transferenciales transgresoras. Entonces se da cuenta ‐ ¡catorce años después! ‐ de la manera en la que el despertar de un dolor ligado a huellas traumáticas en su propia historia movilizó, sin que ella lo supiera, una contratransferencia/salvación, creando una espiral transferencial‐contratransferencial específica que posibilitó el desarrollo de una situación cuyo advenimiento podría haberse visto comprometido. Esto fue posible gracias a la existencia de lo que la autora define como una interrelación singular entre ella y esta paciente.
