1 Born in 1917. Specialized in European ethnography at the Charles University, Prague. Currently an official of the Ministry of Culture in the field of the cultural heritage. Member of the Museological Training Committee of the University of Prague and of ICOM's International Committee on Education. Has written articles on questions of museums and the evaluation and presentation of museum collections in general.
