Abstract

Well-chosen CPD can bring benefits to the person doing it, as well as the practice. But what makes the right course, and what should you expect to gain from it?

The link between a thriving and profitable business and well-trained staff has always been clear, but in these cash-strapped times it's even more important to ensure CPD gives the maximum return on investment. It can be measured in staff enthusiasm, skills brought into the practice, how these fit the goals of both attendee and practice…and how much money this all brings in!
