Abstract
The clutter scattering matrix is derived as the interaction between dust storms and a conductor target is considered. The polarization filtering processing for the ratio of target-clutter power density is investigated. The optimized Jones vector of a receiving antenna and the optimized expression of TCR are obtained. Computing of the incoming results shows that the TCR increases with both the increasing of the incident wave's frequency and dust-storms' visibility, the optimizing polarization is related to the visibility.
