Abstract
In this paper the Contrast Source Inversion method using a multiplicative weighted L2-norm Total Variation regularizer is applied to two- and three-dimensional image reconstruction from electromagnetic microwave tomography data. This iterative method avoids solving a full forward problem in each iteration which makes the method suitable to handle a large scale computational problem. Numerical results both from simulation and experimental data with high contrast biological objects in two- and three-dimensional are presented and discussed.
