Forked hybrid waveguide T‐junctions analyzed by FDTD method

Abstract

A rigorous and efficient method, the finite difference time‐domain method (FDTD), is used to analyze a H‐Plane Forked T‐junction and a forked empty Magic‐T. The S‐matrix parameters of the waveguide components are presented. Good agreements between calculation results and measurements are shown.
