Abstract

In this paper, the design of a novel double-face tapered meander line antenna is presented, the dual-sleeve method is adopted to improve the input impedance and the double-face tapered meander line configuration connected with metalized holes is used to broaden the bandwidth. The new antenna operates from 1560 MHz to 2110 MHz with 550 MHz 10 dB return loss bandwidth and has a gain of 3.4 dBi.
