La lectura electrónica

Resumen

Este artículo analiza la denominada ‘lectura electrónica’, mostrando sus diferencias y similitudes con la lectura convencional, ‘en papel’. En segundo lugar revisa las posibilidades de incluir estrategias didácticas en los textos electrónicos, permitiendo a los profesores transformar los textos y adecuarlos a propósitos de lectura comprensiva. Finalmente se analizan algunas aplicaciones informáticas orientadas específicamente a la enseñanza de la lectura.

Abstract

What is known as ‘electronic reading’ is analysed, and similarities and differences with conventional reading ‘on paper’ are shown. It then reviews the possibility of including educational strategies in electronic texts, thus allowing teachers to transform these texts for at-risk readers' comprehensive reading. Last, some computing applications specially aimed at learning to read are analysed.
