Resumen
Se describe la evolución de la red educativa local, desde sus orígenes hasta la actualidad, con todos los logros conseguidos. De entre ellos el dispositivo TET (Transición Escuela Trabajo) es uno de los elementos principales que, además, ha desempeñado una función motivadora y promotora de la experiencia de coordinación en red por parte de los distintos agentes locales.
El artículo valora la experiencia, analizando los aspectos positivos y las dificultades aparecidas en el proceso, reflexionando taimen sobre las perspectivas de futuro con el seguimiento de la red y los nuevos proyectos relacionados con ella, como son los proyectos de Plans d'Entorn o de mejora del Éxito Escolar.
Abstract
The evolution of the local educational network is described, from its origins to the present, together with all the achievements it has attained. Among them the School-Work Transition scheme is one of the main elements, which has also fulfilled the function of motivating and promoting the network coordination experience on behalf of the different local agents.
The paper evaluates the experience, analysing the positive aspects and difficulties that emerged during the process, reflecting also on future perspectives with a follow-up of the network and the new projects in which it is involved, such as Plans d'Entorn or improving School Achievement.
