A Former Editor Reflects on the Journal for Specialists in Group Work and the Association for Specialists in Group Work

Abstract

The editorial process for the Journal for Specialists in GroupWork (JSGW) over a 4-year period is described, including the importance of two main goals of the editor: an increase in articles focusing on diversity and an enhanced focus on qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of group work.
