Abstract
A radiographic survey of 1,154 patients aged 6–15 years who had attended Glasgow Dental Hospital is reported and compared with a similar survey in Yorkshire. Observations are made on the proportion of third molars showing at different ages. An attempt is made to relate dental age to third molar development.
