The Technique of Whole-Body Autoradiography

Pages 261-263 | Published online: 18 Jul 2013

Abstract

Whole-body autoradiography is a technique for studying the distribution of chemical compounds by radiolabeling. Although the technique of whole-body autoradiography has been widely used by industry and academia to study the distribution of chemicals, it is often not understood by people involved in histology techniques. This paper discusses the methods involved in whole-body autoradiography. (The J Histotechnol 11:261, 1988.)
