Spezielle Untersuchungen zur modemen Taxonomie von Thuidium abietinum und der Varietät hystricosum

Abstract

The proportions of cells and leaves of Thuidium abietinum var. abietinum and var. hystricosum and of an intermediate form are measured and evaluated by statistical methods. The results show good distinctions between these three taxa. Because there are many intermediate measurements and because of its ecology Thuidium hystricosum is seen as a variety of Thuidium abietinum. The three taxa are characterized by their distribution and ecology.
