Abstract
The existing Nuclear Material Transport database contains information on all kinds of transport of nuclear materials in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG). The Nuclear Material Transport database is a development of the Federal Office for Radiation Protection. A description of the situation and the different facilities in the nuclear fuel cycle in the FRG will be given. The number of shipments of nuclear material varied between 111 in 1975 and a maximum of 2267 in 1990.
